M-16 Cheek Riser

Back when the AR-15 M-16 was a carry handle version. The scopes were mounted high on the handles. It was thus necessarry to hold your head high off the stock to sight through the scope. This cheek pad was offered for a short time before the flat top action became avaiable. This model was used on the solid straight stock versions and gave a total added height of 1 1/4"above the stock. The ABS cheek riser is held onto the stock with a piece of double sided tape and a velcro cinch strap. Can also be used on some stocks measuring 1 3/8" wide and can be mounted with a screw through the top of the base.
